Sometimes what is most needed is not a plan but a space to be heard, to process what has happened, and to make sense of how you feel. Our therapeutic approach draws on NLP counselling, mindfulness and meditation practices to create the conditions for genuine insight and emotional release.

Life Coaching

Once there is clarity about what you want, the question becomes: how do you get there? Life coaching is forward-focused, action-oriented and structured around your goals. It is not therapy. It is a skilled, accountable process that identifies what is blocking your progress and builds the practical steps to move through it.

About Anne Bila

Anne Bila is an NLP Counsellor, Life Coach, Mediator and Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher with a background spanning management consulting and holistic health. She facilitates health retreat days and workshops and works with clients across a range of personal and professional challenges. Her approach combines structured practice with genuine human understanding, meeting each person where they are and working collaboratively from there.
