Some health concerns resist a single appointment. Persistent fatigue, digestive discomfort, hormonal imbalance, chronic tension or a quiet sense of being depleted: these are not problems you resolve one symptom at a time. They are signals from a system that needs broader support.
Our holistic wellness therapies address that bigger picture. Each discipline is grounded in physiology, delivered by a qualified specialist, and designed to sit alongside your overall health rather than in isolation from it.
Three Disciplines, One Integrated Approach
Clinical Nutrition
What you eat shapes everything, from your energy levels and hormonal balance to your capacity to recover from illness or injury. Our nutritional therapist, Claire Ward, holds a BSc Honours Degree in Nutritional Therapy from the University of Westminster and is a member of BANT and accredited by the CNHC. She works from a detailed picture of your individual biochemistry, identifying imbalances that generic dietary advice would miss entirely.
When recovery depends on more than manual treatment, clinical nutrition builds the biochemical foundation that lasting wellbeing requires.
Reflexology
Reflexology applies precise pressure to reflex points on the feet, each corresponding to organs, glands and systems throughout the body. Our reflexologist Kim Wimble holds a BTEC Level 4 qualification and is a Member of the Guild of Holistic Therapists (MGHT). Sessions support circulation, ease tension held within the nervous system and encourage the body to regulate itself more effectively.
Where systemic stress is contributing to physical symptoms, reflexology works with the body’s own regulatory mechanisms to restore equilibrium.
Reiki
Sustained stress keeps the autonomic nervous system in a state of activation. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy therapy that creates the conditions for that system to shift from activation into genuine rest and recovery.
Anne Bila is a Reiki Master Teacher and Master Practitioner holding degrees in Usui Reiki and Holy Fire Reiki, and is a member of the UK Reiki Federation. When anxiety, emotional fatigue or a persistent sense of being overwhelmed sits beneath physical symptoms, reiki works on both layers simultaneously.
A Setting That Supports the Work
Our clinic is based at Hever Castle, one of Kent’s most historic and tranquil settings. The environment itself is part of the healing process. When the mind begins to quieten before a session even starts, the therapeutic results follow more readily.
If persistent fatigue is your primary concern, why you are tired all the time identifies the nutritional causes most standard blood tests will not reveal. For hormonal concerns, hormonal imbalance and diet examines what the evidence actually shows. If you are new to reflexology, what reflexology is and how it works provides a grounded introduction to the physiology behind it. And for those approaching reiki with scepticism, what reiki is and what the evidence says addresses the question directly and honestly.
Whether you are addressing a specific concern or taking a more preventive approach to your wellbeing, our team will help you find the most effective starting point.
